Tips on Maintaining Mental Health during Online Learning

With the existence of the new online learning norm, it is no surprise that students have more tendency to face stress and mental exhaustion. This is closely related to their mental health. Good mental health is important to ensure that students can learn actively and effectively. Therefore, it is appropriate for students to try their best to take care of their mental health, especially during online learning which can be a source of stress for students.

Among the tips to maintain good mental health during online learning is that students should prepare a comfortable study space and start the day with a short walk under the sun. With this, students can start their day with more enthusiasm and be more ready to attend classes.

Next, students need to practice a healthy diet, exercise and sleep 7 to 9 hours daily for a more stable life.

Students can also take a break from staring at the screen all day by doing relaxation activities or activities that can bring joy such as listening to songs or chatting with friends.

By taking good care of their mental health during online learning, students will be able to reduce stress and continue learning successfully.
