EKSA's REPORT FOR GOTONG ROYONG Q2, 2023

EKSA Q2| 2023 UPM Counseling Division (BKUPM)

The EKSA Committee conducted Gotong Royong Q2 on 12-13 April 2023 (Wednesday and Thursday). This Cooperation has involved activities to all Zones, which is on Wednesday on the upper floor which covers the Holland Zone and Al-Ghazali Zone while on Thursday on the lower floor which covers the Rogers Zone, the Ellis Zone and the Glasser Zone. Each Zone has been divided into tasks with the involvement of all staff at BKUPM.

The main focus of this Cooperation is identifying and reviewing assets/inventory in each room location at BKUPM. Apart from that, activities of collection, separation, labeling (for the purpose of disposal), list and update information (first draft) of assets/inventory using the Asset List by Location form (SOK/KEW/BR051/AST) which is in force have been implemented.

Involvement in this activity indirectly exposes the care of University property beyond personal property with maximum control in line with the requirements of Bursar's Circular No. 4 of 2019: Procedures for the Management of University Movable Assets. In addition to that, tracking information and communication channels with the Officers involved such as asset/inventory changes in location, necessary repairs and disposal as well as related alerts.
