If you just wake up, go to class, study, sleep, what's the matter! Employers now prefer competitive graduates. There is value in leadership, entrepreneurship, digital competence and others. Where are you going to get all that if not by uniting?
But when you want to be active as a student leader, you are afraid of poor results. How do you do it? This is the dilemma between leadership quality and excellent academic results. Have you ever experienced a dilemma whether you want to be active in the association or focus fully on your studies?
Academic achievement and personal development of students are equally important to develop. Outstanding achievements alone do not reflect the true quality of a student. On the other hand, the balance between the aspects of education and leadership is very important. However, students often fail to strike a balance that interferes with academic performance, relationships with people around them and mental health disorders.
This balance is closely related to the student's ability to manage daily activities with affectivity. Effective students know how to take advantage of the available space and opportunities to achieve a balance in campus life.
The four aspects that students need to pay attention to in order to become a balanced and holistic student include an understanding of vision or life goals, roles and responsibilities, assignments for each role, time allocation, resources, and effective actions.
