Self-Change Tips: Start and Progress

START AND MOVE
The partnership this time will take inspiration from the children's favorite chocolate brand, M&M. The M&M that I want to highlight in this writing are Mula and Mara.
Often when going through a phase of change, this is one of the phases that is difficult for us to do. So that sometimes we ourselves lose faith in our own ability to change!. It has also happened, the goal that was targeted in the last 3 years has still not been achieved.
M&M's tip this time will lead readers to explore the steps that can be taken to start a change.
Start:
1. Visualization of Goals

Get used to writing down, drawing and displaying the goals you want to achieve in a visible space every day. Whether on the bedroom wall, in the wallet, laptop wallpaper, mobile phone and others. This will stimulate and strengthen the emotional will to achieve it.

2. Start Simple

Get used to listing action strategies and start with the easiest actions first. For example, a student's target to improve academic achievement can be started by listing the list of subjects to be taken that semester. This will stimulate further action.
Mara:
1. Just Do It

Get used to being quick in doing good. Every change that you want to achieve must be a good thing. What often frustrates this process is thinking too much about results and failure. What if you don't succeed? Just Do It!

2. Get up

Keep going! Whatever results we get from the action choices we make, keep moving! Do not give up. Naturally in the course of change, feedback from the environment will be a useful input for this change process!
