TIPS FOR HANDLING EXTREME ANXIETY

Worrying about something is a common thing in our lives. Feelings of restlessness and anxiety will be experienced before facing tests, managing personal and workplace conflicts and when wanting to make very important decisions or various other situations. But if anxiety or restlessness continues for a long time and gets worse, it has the potential to be a mental disorder that is anxiety disorder.Some tips can be shared so that you can control anxiety. If this extreme anxiety can be managed well, a person may be able to balance his condition.

#First Tip : Breathe. Breathing is one of the basic methods of managing anxiety. When you are stricken with anxiety, your breathing will become fast and irregular. So do a breathing exercise by inhaling for a count of 7, then holding your breath for a count of 4. Exhale slowly for a count of 7. Repeat.

#Second Tip : Get Rid of Anxiety by Exercising. Exercise can also help you to reduce anxiety. Exercising lightly helps you focus on body movements and moving the whole body. This can help you control the anxiety. 

#Third Tip : Think positive. Positive thinking is one of the most difficult techniques to do when you are anxious or worried. Focus on sweet experiences or positive feelings you've had. Imagine the faces of the individuals you love. With that, a little bit can help you control it. 

#Fourth Tip : Chat with Close Friends. When you are facing anxiety, try to reach out to friends you can trust who also know about your situation. Let your friend talk so you can listen to distract yourself. 

Fifth #Tips : Do What You Love. Do activities you enjoy. Having a good hobby can also help a person manage anxiety. Spending time doing hobbies can also help you shift your focus. 

#Sixth Tip : See a counselor. See a counselor to help you identify coping techniques you can use to manage anxiety. Counselors can help someone professionally.
