UPM SERDANG - DEC 13: The Counseling Division of Universiti Putra Malaysia (BKUPM) has organized a workshop on the year 2022 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Achievement Report and 2023 Action Planning of BKUPM which is located in the bilik Sanggar Ilmu Alang Perang, Kolej Tun Dr Ismail (KTDI)
This workshop aims to identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that have been achieved throughout the year 2022. Overall, the UPM Counseling Division (BKUPM) is seen to have achieved the target of 18,511 student participation in the program. This number exceeds the target they set which is a total of 12,500 participants. This shows that the UPM Counseling Division managed to achieve a good performance throughout the year 2022.
The workshop started with a welcoming speech delivered by the Head of UPM's Counseling Division, Dr Mazila Ghazali. A variety of interesting content was implemented throughout the workshop, including ice-breaking sessions and activities that allowed them to get to know each other more deeply.
Next, the participants listened to the presentation of the Strategic Plan and KPI BKUPM 2022. A variety of useful information can be taken as improvement steps in the future. This workshop also provides a platform to draw up a planning plan for the year 2023. The participants have been divided according to their respective sections to discuss Action Planning for the year 2023. The participants have drawn up programs to help the employees and students of Universiti Putra Malaysia.
