UPM Serdang, 20 November – Putra Career Adaptability, Career Chat: Personal Branding For Students, Is It Necessary? is a continuation of the previous series. This 3-time Career Discussion Series features University Putra Malaysia (UPM) Alumni, Mr. Nazrul Irfanradi as a speaker and he shares knowledge related to Personal Branding. This knowledge is very important and necessary for all students in building their careers. This program took place on 17 November 2023 from 8.30pm to 10.30pm online on the Zoom Application platform and the UPM Counseling Division's official Facebook Live page. This program is conducted because we want to provide early exposure and prompts for all students in creating their own brand starting from the first year of studies. Sharing from the speaker where he himself has started since the second year of studies and began to get opportunities or job offers from large organizations. It is an injection of enthusiasm for all students.

Putra Career Adaptability Program, Career Chat: Personal Branding For Students, Is It Necessary? got an encouraging response which is a total of 319 participants who have attended this program. Program participants have given a very positive evaluation of the program. On average, they stated that this program provided a clear knowledge and understanding of the importance of building personal branding. Through this program as well, as many as 96.5% stated that they could build confidence in creating personal branding after attending this program.
