UPM Serdang, 29 April - The Counseling Division of Universiti Putra Malaysia (BKUPM) has been invited to slot the Cit Cat Putra Fm Bersama Kaunselor program and the first slot on 18 April 2023 in collaboration with Putra FM UPM. This slot features Puan Izwana Ismail as a guest counselor with the title Get to Know Your Personality.

The topic of knowing one's personality was chosen because clients who come to see a counselor usually do not fully know themselves and do not accept themselves and often blame themselves for something that happened. However, when faced with an issue, don't continue to blame yourself one hundred percent. Personality is a person's personality and each person is different and unique.

Personality is formed by a combination of several factors namely inheritance, culture, experience and environment. Personality includes an arrangement between biological, psychological and sociological factors. For the process of socialization or association, a person must have a personality. From a psychological perspective, personality is a combination of emotions, thoughts and behaviors. It is a language that is easy to understand, everyone has a personality, can change and be changed. Much is influenced by heredity, how a person is raised and also the environment will affect the individual's personality.

Through this program, it is hoped that students and listeners will be able to learn about what personality is. If deadlocked, come see a counselor to get out of the deadlock. Every problem has a solution. A counselor will help you. Sometimes, friends are unable to help because they also have issues going on in their lives. We at the UPM counseling department are ready to help you. If you feel alone, don't be shy because we are always ready to help. We will keep each of your shares confidential. The same is true if any of our friends are facing issues or problems in their lives. Help them by taking them to a counselor. Don't let us or them get worse. We at the UPM counseling department will do our best to help with the skills, knowledge and expertise we have in order to provide the best service to UPM students and staff.
