SERDANG, Feb 21 - The Annual Grand Meeting of the Welfare and Recreation Club is an activity that is carried out every two years. The agenda carried out in this meeting is the presentation of the 2022-2024 club report, the presentation of the financial report and the appointment of the top management of the club 2024-2026. Lucky draw activities are also conducted in this meeting. This program will be held on 9 February 2024 starting at 3.00 pm at the Auditorium, ground floor, UPM Counseling Division. This program is a sign of appreciation to the top management of the club whose term of appointment has expired and to celebrate the arrival of the new top management of the club. The following is a list of the club's new top management which is : -
1) President - Mr. Muhamad Shafiq Mahadi
2) Deputy President - Puan Kemelia Omar K.B.; P.A.
3) Secretary - Mrs. Ayna Marliana Mohamad Sari
4) Treasurer - Mrs. Diyana Paimon
5) Deputy Treasurer - Mr. Ahmad Fariz Firdaus Ahmad Saupi

A total of 18 members of the welfare and recreation club of the UPM Counseling Division attended the program and expressed a million appreciations for the precise commitment from the top management of the club 2022-2024. Thank you to Mr. Muhamad Za'im Rosli _K.B.;P.A. as the club president, Mr. Haniff Abdulllah Hashim _K.B.;P.A. as the club's deputy president, Mrs. Syarifah Sheril Azlin Syed Baharin _K.B.;P.A. as the club secretary, Mrs. Diyana Paimon as the deputy secretary and Mrs. Noorihayatti Noorudin _K.B.;P.A. as the treasurer.

Ketua Bahagian Kaunseling UPM, Dr. Mazila Ghazali _K.B.;P.A. mengatakan dalam ucapannya, "Terima kasih saya ucapkan kepada Jawatankuasa KKR 2022-2023 Encik Zaim sebagai Pengerusi kelab, En. Haniff, Pn. Yati, Pn. Sheril dan Pn. Diyana atas sumbangan bermakna bagi menggerakkan Kelab dengan begitu cemerlang. Tahniah sekali lagi diucapkan. Semoga Kelab Kebajikan dan Rekreasi terus berkembang dengan jayanya melalui pelbagai aktiviti kebajikan dan rekreasi buat semua ahli kelab. InsyaAllah."
