This special title is in conjunction with the theme of National Day and Malaysia Day 2024 "Jiwa Merdeka". Puan Kamariah Derasol, the guest counselor this time, explained the meaning of Jiwa Merdeka which describes the 'freedom of Malaysians from negative elements'. Kupasa is brought from the psychological aspect so that every individual can live in holistic mind well-being.
B.E.B.A.S. is an acronym that Mrs. Kamariah thoroughly explained that means B- Brave; E-Emotions; B-Learning; A-Self-assertive; and S- Always improve yourself.
Mini Akroni can be used in any situation, to help individuals to return to a harmonious and Prosperous soul.
As an example of individuals suffering from TRAUMA, the B.E.B.A.S technique. this can be practiced by the individual trying to B- Dare to get out of the trauma; E- Emotions at that time that need to be checked and controlled. B-Learning with the experience of trauma that happened; A- Be assertive in the face of trauma by standing up and defending yourself and S- Always improve yourself by giving yourself time to calm down, relax and return to a better state.
In the context of B-'Learning'; also, when an individual experiences a problem, a person needs to try to find new knowledge and skills to face challenges. Similarly, in the context of emotional control, individuals need to always be sensitive, not overthinking or thinking too much, always practicing self-love to always take care of their own well-being.
Through this slot, Mrs. Kamariah also elaborated on the questions asked related to the topic. Among his comments was the use of the acronym B.E.B.A.S with the issue of cyber bullying that was discussed recently.
