SERDANG, Jan 31 - The new year 2024 has arrived, definitely with a new spirit! BKUPM is no exception to participate with UPM citizens to listen to the Vice Chancellor's 100 Day Message and Mandate 2024 by YBhg. UPM Vice Chancellor, Dato' Prof. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd Sadullah which took place in the Great Hall, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS), UPM on 24 January 2024 from 9.30 am until 12.00 noon. UPM focuses on four strategic direction frameworks in the Vice Chancellor's 100 Day Message and Mandate 2024 based on agriculture and food security.

YBhg. The Vice-Chancellor said that the four strategic direction frameworks are the main functions of UPM which emphasize agriculture and food security as the core, focusing on the Higher Education Goals and Ministerial Aspirations of the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT), the National Goals of Madani Malaysia and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS).

For 2024, BKUPM will continue strategic planning for 2024 based on the framework of the HEPA Strategic Plan 2021-2025, the Strategic Plan for the Empowerment of Putra HEPA (Holistic, Empowerment, Patriotism and Advancement) which is in line with the True North of UPM, and it is certain that the responsibility borne by BKUPM will be fulfilled preferably.

BKUPM this time was also given the opportunity to promote services to UPM residents and all who attended. Reruai BKUPM this time in addition to promoting counseling services, also showcased service innovation products including I-Pack which is a set of special support tools for clients who experience anxiety. BKUPM also exhibited innovative products such as Career Development Cards, tools for corporate massage techniques and many more.

All BKUPM counselors have participated in meeting clients, including UPM AKRAB members who also participated. BKUPM for the year 2024 will continue to be active in meeting UPM residents so that psychological and emotional support services reach all residents. See you later!
