UPM Serdang, 31 May - This program is a training program for members of the Counseling Division related to the awareness and culture of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). This program has received full support from the Head of the UPM Counseling Division and the solid cooperation of the members of the UPM Counseling Division. This program will be conducted on 18 May 2023 starting at 10.00 am through the online platform of the Google Meet Application.

This program was held to give awareness and culture related to EKSA to BKUPM citizens. Although previously, the awareness and culture of EKSA has been comprehensive, but this training is a retrospective approach and adds ideas for improving the existing EKSA. This program was presented with EKSA knowledge from Puan Siti Noriza Samad, UPM EKSA Facilitator. Knowledge sharing revolves around the understanding of EKSA practices at UPM and examples of creative ideas for EKSA carried out in other PTJs at UPM. A total of 18 BKUPM citizens attended this program. This program has a positive effect on knowledge and increases the motivation of all BKUPM citizens to cultivate EKSA holistically and not only in the workplace but throughout daily life.

The speaker, Puan Siti Noriza Samad, EKSA Facilitator of the Counseling Division stated that the Counseling Division has a good team in terms of commitment to culture EKSA. Accordingly, EKSA's potential in the Counseling Division has bright and high hopes and can achieve excellent results in future audits.
