SERDANG, 21 Feb - The Young Leaders Soul Concentrating Program is a collaborative program between the Leaders Council of Za'ba Clergy College and the Self Development Section, Counseling Division of UPM. This program is held on 17 February 2024 from 8.00 pm until 11.00 pm which is located in the Treasurer's Hall of UPM Za'ba College. This program is conducted in conjunction with the Za'ba Leadership Camp. It aims to guide participants from the perspective of leadership and emotional well-being in preparation for becoming student leaders at the college and university level. The characteristics of effective leadership need to be cultivated in oneself according to the guidelines and practiced to become an effective leader. Leadership skills are the strengths and abilities highlighted by an individual who is responsible for overseeing the work of employees and suggesting initiatives and guiding employees towards achieving their desired goals.

Participants are exposed to the knowledge of challenges as leaders and students at the same time and the causes and techniques to face stress. A total of 37 participants among students from UPM Za'ba College of Priests. The impact of the program is to maintain the spirit to unite, dare to be a leader and be ready to face challenges as a leader and a student at the same time. Encik Mohamad Ashaari bin Awab K.B.; P.A., UPM's Psychology Officer as the Program Coordinator stated "Grateful that the program was successfully implemented and ran smoothly. The participants also gave a good response and showed high commitment throughout the program. Hopefully this program can continue in the year the following.
