SERDANG, November 29 - The Amalan Pembudayaan Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA) competition in the Counseling Division of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) for 2024 was an eagerly anticipated event by the staff of the Counseling Division. Held on 27 November 2024, starting at 9:00 AM at the Meeting Room on the upper floor of the Counseling Division, the competition was filled with enthusiasm.
A total of 17 staff members participated, all from the Counseling Division of UPM, with Puan Nurainakmal binti Kamal Bahrin, an Administrative Officer from the UPM Quality Assurance Center, serving as the judge. There were five categories in the competition:
CLEAN & TIDY ZONE – won by Zon Ellis. The overall winner was based on the waiting area of READ@UNI with the creative "Love" theme, the Psychology Officer's Room, and the Auditorium.

CREATIVE & INNOVATIVE SPACES – winners were the Pantry for its modern and minimalist transformation, and the Zon Glasser Lounge for its creative idea to create a temporary storage space for shared cleaning supplies.
The judge for the EKSA competition commented that the competition was intense, as all participants showed high commitment. The assessment of aesthetics and corporate decoration was subjective, but the judge also provided suggestions for areas that could be improved to further enhance EKSA culture within the Counseling Division of UPM.
A heartfelt thank you was given to everyone for their effort and spirit in making the EKSA Cultural Practice Competition a success, with congratulations extended to all the winners.
