SERDANG, August 1 - The third Public Sector Ecosystem Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) First Cooperation Activity was carried out at the UPM Counseling Division on 18 to 19 July 2024 (Thursday-Friday) starting at 9.00 am covering the outdoor and indoor areas of the UPM Counseling Division . Five (5) zones are involved in tidying up and improving the quality of work space services, namely Glasser Zone outside the building, Rogers Zone and Ellis Zone on the ground floor while Al-Ghazali Zone and Holland Zone on the upper floor.

The implementation of Gotong-Royong activities in the Counseling Division begins with the distribution of tasks shared to BKUPM members through the Google Sheet platform on Google Drive, which is the total scoring for the list of evaluation criteria that have low scores, i.e. less than five (5) scores obtained during the Internal Audit activity review PTJ level EKSA stand-alone on 10 July 2024 from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm which is located in the Meeting Room. This EKSA self-review activity is carried out by the Zone Head by cross-checking the different zones that are responsible. It aims to make measurements in a certain space/zone that can provide inspiration or new ideas for the improvement of EKSA's cultural practices. The UPM Counseling Division's EKSA scoring was 92.75%

These two (2) EKSA activities were carried out in July which were guided by the planning of the UPM Counseling Division's EKSA Mileage Chart for 2024. A total of 17 staff at the UPM Counseling Division have committed to the implementation of the two activities.

Among the interesting Gotong-Royong activities carried out by the Councilor together with the administrative staff is the pruning of old bidara trees so that they are balanced in order to ensure that old branches that can cause trees to fall are blown by the wind and that there are no obstacles in the parking area. In addition to that, the activity of pulling out long grass en masse, cleaning the foyer area using a cleaning machine and brush, trimming thick tree leaves to avoid the risk of poisonous animals inhabiting. From the continuation of the second Gotong-Royong Perdana activity, which is to paint the parking lot on May 2, 2024 (Thursday), the activity continued in July by making the direction of the exit and entrance signs of the vehicle route and the labeling of parking signs for officials and visitors. Tidying activities by group and expansion are improved from one room to another in the UPM Counseling Division building.
