UPM Serdang, 28 December – UPM's Counseling Division has implemented a Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) mutual aid activity for the fourth quarter involving all members of UPM's Counseling Division by mobilizing the 'free & easy' concept. This activity is carried out on 15 December 2023 from 8.00 am until 12.00 noon. which involves the entire building space of the Counseling Division which consists of five (5) zones named Rogers Zone, Ellis Zone, Glasser Zone, Al-Ghazali Zone and Holland Zone. This cooperation was held in line with the implementation of the calendar activities of the UPM Counseling Division and the notification of the use of the latest EKSA UPM official logo in 2023 following the change in the trademark symbol of the EKSA logo from 'TM' status to 'R'. All members of the UPM Counseling Division who are involved in this activity, a total of 17 people including a trainee counselor.

With this mutual aid activity, all members of the UPM Counseling Division can benefit from the space becoming more orderly, uniform and highlighting the corporate image where the display of information is based on the 'minimalist' concept of the organization. Apart from that, the members of the UPM Counseling Division can foster cooperation in keeping the workspace accountable. In addition to that, the cooperative activity of all zones started by taking pictures before and after the activity, removing or removing the old label format, pasting the latest label format that has been prepared at the General Office or on the hub drive. The zone head together with the Responsible Officer (PYB) takes care of the space tidying up the space referring to the EKSA Generic & Specific Evaluation Criteria checklist and additionally, all PYB spaces need to ensure that the space has a switch plan, emergency floor plan, asset list form according to location KEW.PA-7 (BR051/AST). The Head of the Zone of each room conducts a self-inspection & sends the review to the Executive Committee as determined. The conclusion from this activity directly supports the creation of a conducive work environment where it supports the Vision, Mission, Statement of Commitment and Objectives of the EKSA strengthening movement in the UPM Counseling Division.
