UPM Serdang, 28 December – The final presentation session of trainee counselors is carried out after the Industrial Training students in the UPM Counseling Division have completed the practical period and fulfilled the session hours that have been set according to the field of study. Industrial Training is one of the trainings that all students or undergraduates in an organization or institute of higher learning must undergo in a certain period so that students can learn new knowledge and gain a lot of work experience. Ms. Noor Aina Sabrina binti Zulbahri is a final semester student from the University of Melaka (UNIMEL) who served as a trainee counselor in the UPM Counseling Division from 16 October 2023 until 8 December 2023. Her service as a trainee counselor in the UPM Counseling Division ended on 8 December 2023, he has implemented a final presentation session of Industrial Training starting at 9.30 am and the program ends at 12.00 noon which is in the Auditorium, UPM Counseling Division.

This session is implemented as a sign of proof that the students have successfully completed the industrial training by training the students in producing a complete presentation report based on the actual format of the work in addition to giving the students the courage to come forward to make public speeches. Apart from being one of the requirements for industrial training, the information presented can be used as a reference source in the future. All members of the UPM Counseling Division, a total of 16 officers and executive staff including two (2) trainee counselor students participated in this session.

The presentation session was started by Ms. Sabrina presenting the background of the organization she served, the organizational structure and her place of work, the areas of work carried out during the period of industrial training and the experience gained that benefited her and the organization. Conclusion from the final presentation session industrial training students can learn more about the theory that has been learned during the learning process and then put into practice all the techniques learned in facing the situation of managing a work process in an organization that requires certain skills to implement with experience and guidance from skilled workers and experienced and from that to some extent make it easier for students to venture into the field of employment in the future.
