Serdang, 1 November- Career Counseling Section, UPM Counseling Division has conducted a program that focuses on the importance of balance in married life and career. This program was conducted virtually through the zoom application and was attended by more than 250 participants from students, staff and the community. This interesting program was delivered by Marriage Counselor as Famous Tik Tokers, Mr. Mohd Redzuan Zamberi. Even though the sharing took almost 4 hours, it does not prevent to the participant to stay focused and support until in the end of the program.

There a lot of tips have been shared regarding the topic on the way to balance between marriage and career, techniques for a happy marriage, social boundaries between men and women in a career environment and also how to build an excellent career direction. Knowledge sharing is one medium that is very helpful to all students and staff at UPM in helping them achieve a balance between life and career. Through the evaluation of the program, many participants are very satisfied and request to extend this topic to several series of programs and run regularly. The results of the program evaluation show that participants' confidence increased in handling the balance of married life and career.

According to the Head of the Division, Dr. Mazila Ghazali is very satisfied with the implementation of this program because it provides good knowledge that can be used throughout career development and hopes that this program provides various holistic benefits in terms of self-development as an individual who works.
