Serdang, Feb 15th - The image management program has received a warm welcome from female employees at Universiti Putra Malaysia. The program titled Self-Image and Charisma was held last February 10. This program is a motivational program implemented by the Employee Counseling Section, BKUPM. This year, they are targeting 6 motivational programs that bring out interesting topics close to the needs of UPM employees in particular.

A total of 80 participants who participated in this program were physically located in the UPM Counseling Division Auditorium. While 849 participants followed this program directly  through the UPM Counseling Division's Facebook social page. In this program, each participant is given the opportunity to analyze the professional image and characteristics that can be improved in the future. Mrs. Hajar, as the invited Image teacher, has successfully captured the hearts of the participants. Every participant is very active and gives good cooperation throughout the program.

Mrs. Noorihayatti as the organizer of the program said, 'the selection of a topic focused on the corporate image is the first motivation for UPM staff to start the new year with a new spirit'. She also said most of the participants were women because it is normal for women to look beautiful and professional while working.

Commenting further on the implementation of this program, she hopes that through this program can give tips and skills to the participants to be seen as skilled. The techniques shared are very practical and suitable to be practiced professionally to improve the image of individuals while also being able to raise the image of the organization to a higher level.- UPM
