SERDANG: The Counselling Division of University Putra Malaysia (BKUPM) in collaboration with the PEMADAM Club has organized the Program of Putra Job Hunting A to Z (Interview Etiquette) specifically for UPM students. The program took place on December 16, 2021. The method of program implementation is according to the new norm, which is online through the Zoom application.

This program is held to build self -confidence for UPM students, especially final year students to face job interviews or industrial training. In addition, this program also provides exposure to interview etiquette that can win the hearts of prospective employers to place themselves in the organization.

A solid and relaxed knowledge sharing related to interview etiquette was presented by Puan Syarifah Sheril Azlin Binti Syed Baharin (Puan She), Head of Career Development Unit, Career Counseling Section, Counseling Division, Universiti Putra Malaysia.

A total of 101 participants successfully attended the one-hour knowledge sharing session. Comments from participants at the end of the program were quite encouraging by giving a 10/10 rating.

It is hoped that the initiative to organize the Putra Job Hunting A to Z (Interview Etiquette) program can increase knowledge of techniques in facing interviews for UPM students. -UPM.
