UPM Serdang, 7 August – This ceremony is a retirement ceremony for Mrs. Norizah Kasan who has served in the Counseling Division since 2003. This ceremony was carried out with a harmonious atmosphere which was a recollection of working with Puan Norizah Kasan, the presentation of luggage bag souvenirs, telekung siti khadijah, framed photos as a sign of retirement memories, as well as a meal at John Steamboat Park in IOI Mall Putrajaya and this is the result of donations BKUPM citizens. This ceremony is held on 2 August 2023 at the BKUPM Auditorium & Park John Steamboat, IOI Mall Putrajaya from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. This event was held to celebrate the retirement of Mrs. Norizah Kasan and make it a wonderful experience for her last time as a member of the Counseling Division.

17 people who have attended the event. All BKUPM members are saddened by the retirement of Mrs. Norizah Kasan, but the bonds of brotherhood and her personality become a booster of spirit and motivation as well as a beautiful memory for all BKUPM members to continue to make a high commitment to work in the future.

In her retirement speech for Puan Norizah Kasan, Puan Noorihayatti gave very inspiring words to all, namely 'Puan Norizah we can B.E.S.T her. B is a good person and can always work together, E is a variety of emotions that can be shared with Mrs. Norizah as long as they are friends, S is 'Dear' which is a word that we will not hear from Mrs. Norizah again after this (Mrs. Norizah is famous for calling her dear because all people are called dear), and finally is T - Thank you for all the help and friendship from Puan Norizah.' The atmosphere of sadness and failure at the end of this speech.

With the hope that farewell ceremonies and awards to employees should continue to be implemented in each department as a sign of appreciation for service and praise by retirees.
