Psychological Writing Workshop Series 2

SERDANG, 30 March - Psychological Writing Workshop Series 2 which has been held on 4-6 March 2024 on Monday to Wednesday from 9.00am to 4.30pm which is located in the UPM Counseling Division Meeting Room, Counselor's workspace and Training Room 2 My Aging UPM. This Psychological Writing Workshop is a platform to gather psychological writings from the counselors of the UPM Counseling Division. Among the writing themes are family, marriage, mental health, counseling intervention, healthy living culture, career, career preparation, relationships and love, therapy and leadership. The implementation of this workshop can enrich the writing quality of BKUPM Psychological Officers for the purpose of visibility on the BKUPM website or BKUPM social media, the creation of psychological bank data can organize and the need for article publicity on the website on an annual basis, coordinate and increase the quantity of publicity on the website and social media BKUPM as a whole, as a reference hub for BKUPM residents specifically for students and staff in helping to find and receive information about counseling and psychology digitally, i.e. on the official platform of BKUPM's website and social media, improving the 'visibility' of the profession and products of BKUPM counselors and improving towards efforts so that PTJ's website content helps UPM's KPIs and aspirations in the management of UPM's website.

A total of 12 Psychological Officers and 5 staff as the workshop's executive secretary attended this workshop. The workshop program started with a brief briefing for the distribution of the Counselor's writing topics, the adjustment of the writing format and the notification of reporting program news/section activities. Continuation of activities with article writing, 'tips and tips' and 'Counselor right?' articles, final editing of the article with the BKUPM section group and collection of writing to the psychological data bank on Google Drive.

The representative of the program secretariat, Mrs. Ayna Marliana binti Mohamad Sari stated "Thank you and congratulations to the Psychological Officers at the UPM Counseling Division for their high commitment in making the Psychological Writing Workshop Series 2 a success and hopefully this workshop can continue in the future".
