UPM Serdang, 17 May - This program is one of the ways by the Career Counseling Section, Counseling Division in collaboration with Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail achieves holistically for the dissemination of knowledge related to career development. This program is very fortunate because the guest speaker is a career counselor who has extensive knowledge in his field. The guest speaker was Mr. Mohamad Zhafri, Career Counselor at the Career Development Center, UKM. This program took place on 12 May 2023 from 8.30pm to 10.30pm through the online platform of the Google Meet Application.

A total of 187 students have attended this program. Putra Career Adaptability, Borak-Borak Kerjaya Siri 1 : Persediaan Membina Kerjaya is one of the programs that has been planned by the Career Counseling Section, Counseling Division in collaboration with Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail aims to provide knowledge and understanding about preparing to build a career from the first year of studies until the final year especially for all UPM students.

The results of the evaluation of this program are that 99.5% of program participants' understanding increased about the importance of preparing to build a career, 98.4% of the self-confidence of the program participants increased to build a career, 98.4% of the program participants stated the techniques and tips for building a career they had learned through this program and 99% stated will use this knowledge in their daily lives.

A program participant, Mr. Mohd Fikri said that 'I am very happy with the knowledge presented by the speaker Mr. Mohamad Zhafri, and I am not satisfied and want to continue to add career knowledge because it is very important in the process of building my career'.
