UPM Serdang, 25 October - The Relaxation Program with Counselors at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) will be held on 19 October 2023, Thursday from 12.00 noon until 1.30 pm which will be held in the Congregation Room, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine UPM. This program is prepared to create a relaxing atmosphere for counselors together with the students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. This Relaxing Program with Counselors is a collaborative program between the UPM Counseling Division and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Programs like this are held every semester of study.

This program is held to help students identify their strengths and potential with counselors and share motivational tips. Various Activities held to help students stay motivated throughout each new semester. A total of 30 students attended this program. With the implementation of this program, participants can spend time understanding their strengths and self. Various activities with a psychological approach are held to help increase self-confidence and handle current issues better. This time, the counselor brought up the topic of self-love and conducted healing with art activities.

Mrs. Anis Akmilah binti Mat Hassan as the program coordinator stated "this kind of program should be done to help them identify their potential and it is one of the ways to 'run for a while' in the daily hustle and bustle of being a student". A wreath of appreciation and congratulations to the students who have attended this beneficial program and hopefully the results of this program can provide inspiration and increase self-motivation in living as a visionary academic student.
