SERDANG, 28 Feb - This Self Development Guidance Module Workshop Program is an initiative of the Self-Development Section, UPM Counseling Division to build a guidance activity module on the Self-Development of UPM Students and Staff. This workshop was successfully conducted on 21 February 2024 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The location of the workshop is in the UPM Counseling Division Meeting Room. This Self-Development Guidance Activity Module writing workshop was held as a concerted effort to improve the quality of guidance services for UPM citizens. Through the activity module that has been developed, it is hoped that it will be able to be a guide for all Psychological Officers of the UPM Counseling Division to conduct programs or guidance sessions for UPM residents in a structured way around academic guidance, financial management, lifestyle and communication.

A total of four (4) Psychological Officers were involved in this workshop namely Mr. Mohamad Ashaari bin Awab _^K.B.:P.A., Mrs. Kamariah binti Derasol _^K.B.:P.A., Mrs. Anis Akmilah binti Mat Hassan _^K.B.:P.A. and Encik Mohamad Za'im bin Rosli _^K.B.:P.A.. The impact on this program is divided into two, the first being the impact on the quality of guidance services by UPM's Psychological Officers where they will have a structured module that can be used to provide the best service to clients or participants . Next, the second impact is on UPM citizens who will receive guidance services that are believed to be beneficial in terms of academic guidance, financial management, lifestyle and communication. Program director Mr. Mohamad Ashaari bin Awab _^K.B.:P.A. as the Head of the Self-Development Section, UPM Counseling Division is grateful that this workshop has been successfully implemented and hopes that the contribution of knowledge through this writing will add value to guidance and counseling services at UPM as well as greatly benefit UPM citizens who seek the services of the Counseling Division UPM.
