SERDANG, June 28 – The Relaxation With Counselor Program is a platform for UPM residents to obtain information about the counseling approach in life. This time, the Intrapersonal and Lifestyle Unit has invited Puan Siti Atiqah binti Moamat Mastam, who is the Chief Counselor (S52) at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia as a guest speaker. This online program discusses the topic "Introvert Vs Extrovert: Making Sense of Life With More Confidence". A total of 460 participants attended this webinar via Zoom Meeting and Live on Facebook of the UPM Counseling Division. The program was attended by UPM students, employees and the community who follow the UPM Counseling Division on social media.

A program like this is expected to give the participants common sense in building self-confidence in the community. Coinciding with the topic discussed how introvert and extrovert personality differences, both have their strengths and weaknesses. Personality is personal information that is rarely discussed in general. However, through surveys conducted through counseling sessions, issues of difference and understanding of personality are often the basis for the formation of conflicts in relationships with colleagues, marriages and friendships.

Various positive responses were obtained through the evaluation form that was filled out at the end of the program. 98% of the participants agreed that the information and tips presented by Puan Siti can help them understand their own strengths and weaknesses in managing their life affairs. Mrs. Anis Akmilah as saying "we are moved by the participation of so many in the Relaxation with Counselor program that was conducted. In fact, we have received various Title Suggestions to be reviewed by guest counselors in the future”. At exactly 12 noon, the program ended with a photo session as a memento with the guest speaker - UPM.
