UPM Serdang- Various preparations are being made to prepare for the self-audit of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) which is scheduled to take place on 2 September 2022. This year is the second year that the UPM Counseling Division (BKUPM) participated in the university-level EKSA competition to qualify for participation in the UPM Level Quality Day .

This time, the auditing process is slightly different since the designated auditors are among the EKSA coordinators of the responsibility center. The two selected auditors who have been entrusted to audit BKUPM are Mrs. Zainor Mazwin binti Zainal from the Institute of Social Science Studies and Mrs. Fauziah Nordin from the Veterinary Faculty. According to Mrs. Anis Akmilah Mat Hassan as PTJ's EKSA coordinator, "BKUPM has been working for the past 3 weeks to prepare for EKSA's Self Audit. The precise cooperation and commitment of BKUPM people is very encouraging, especially the solid support given by the Head of Division, Dr. Mazila Ghazali. However, the results of the audit depend on the evaluation of the auditors".

Through this audit, BKUPM took a positive approach in the criticisms and improvements suggested by the auditors. The audit session ended with a closing speech by the chief auditor and the presentation of souvenirs from BKUPM to the auditors. The EKSA self-audit session of the UPM Counseling Division ends at 4pm. Hopefully the auditing process this time, can maintain the motivation and enthusiasm of BKUPM people in cultivating EKSA in work.
