UPM Serdang, 5 December - Training Workshop of Transfer Knowedge (TOTK) : Career Development Card (KPK) is a program run by the Career Development Unit, UPM Counseling Division. This KPK program is to provide knowledge and understanding about the use of the Career Development Card as an activity tool in the counseling and career guidance process with clients or students.

This KPK program will be implemented on 5 December 2023, Tuesday from 10.00 am until 1.00 pm which is located in the Meeting Room, UPM Counseling Division. This KPK program is conducted by simulating the use of the Career Development Card. Therefore, participants were exposed to Career Development Cards, user manuals and Career Journals. All participants consisting of counselors and trainee counselors are able to administer this Career Development Card well after attending this program. A total of six (6) counselors from the UPM Counseling Division and six (6) trainee counselors from various residential colleges. Through this KPK program, counselors receive understanding and additional techniques in making explorations in the process of counseling and career guidance in an interactive and effective way. Likewise, Counselors can use this KPK as a fun and suitable activity tool for passive students.

With the hope of the Program Coordinator, Puan Syarifah Sheril Azlin binti Syed Baharin as the Head of the Career Development Unit stated "Grateful to God that this workshop can be conducted smoothly and hopefully the use of this KPK can be used comprehensively for all counselors and students. Likewise, with the hope that this TOTK, KPK workshop can be implemented in the future with a variety of more interesting activities that can improve the quality of an individual."
