SERDANG, May 25 - Your Mind Matters : Positive Notes Project and Therapy Booth. On 15 May 2024 (Wednesday), three trainee counselors were invited by the Student Representative Council (MPP) of the Faculty of Medicine and Science (FPSK) to work together in running the Your Mind Matters: Positive Notes Project and Therapy Booth program. This program was implemented from 8 am to 5 pm. The location of the program is at Student Plaza, FPSK.
This program is an initiative of MPP FPSK to provide a platform for all FPSK students to 'heal' mentally and physically. Interesting activities that have been carried out are 'Positive Notes Project' and 'Therapy Booth'. The 'Positive Notes Project' activity gives students the opportunity to write positive notes and send positive messages to others. The 'Therapy Booth' activities include booths such as 'sand therapy', 'art therapy' and inventories. All these booths provide therapy and counseling services to students who need mental and emotional help.
This program was participated by a total of 252 FPSK students with excitement and enthusiasm. FPSK students have given very high praise after participating in the program and hope MPP FPSK can organize many programs like this in the future. FPSK students praise that this program is very interesting and beneficial for them. The organizers of the program want to foster a positive mental health culture and provide support to FPSK students in need. The organizers of the program also want this program to be a starting point for all FPSK students to better value and take care of their mental health and fight for a more balanced and meaningful life.
