Toxic relationships can be experienced by anyone whether it involves personal relationships, relatives, friends, colleagues or parents and children. Even so, there are still among us who do not realize that they have been stuck in a toxic relationship.
To avoid falling into a toxic relationship, let's identify the signs. The 4 signs of a toxic relationship are as follows:-

1. Relationship Imbalance :- Relationship imbalance occurs when there is no process of receiving and giving. There is only one party that strives to provide the best including meeting needs and providing undivided support.

2. Trust Issues :- In a relationship, when you often feel sad, angry or disappointed and start to doubt your partner's trust, it will slowly damage the harmony of the relationship. A relationship with trust issues will definitely not make you happy.

3. Begin to Control: - Can happen in various situations, especially excessive prohibitions for you to do something. This attitude can affect mental development and further distance oneself from the closest people, causing a decrease in self-confidence.

4. Emotional, Verbal or Physical Abuse :- In a relationship, abuse is wrong behavior. Although emotional or verbal abuse, it is not normal in a relationship. Even worse when it involves physical abuse. Act before something worse happens.
