5 Effective Ways to Restore Work Spirit

# TIP 1: MAKE WORK A ROUTINE
We will get used to doing something if it has become a practice or also called a routine. The same goes for work, which is one's career. Make our career a routine of our practice. Get up in the morning, focus on work, and come back when the work hours are over. When it becomes a routine practice, the mind will not focus on negative things or trivial things, but instead only focus on the current action.

# TIP 2: GIVE YOURSELF A GIFT
A gift to yourself can be used as a reward to evoke a feeling of being appreciated and loved while also being able to raise mood and motivation. If a gift or appreciation is received from another person, then it is a bonus. Therefore, a gift from yourself is a must.

# TIPS 3: PAUSE & TAKE A BREAK
In maintaining the motivation to work, the body and mind also need adequate rest. It is very important to maintain not only motivation to work but also the quality of one's work output. During the working period too, there should be rest time. Take a break. Consuming nutritious food is also very important to supply energy throughout the day.

# TIPS 4 : SELF THERAPY
Do therapy based on your own preferences and suitability. Spend quality time with family and loved ones. Travel, garden, read, do favorite therapy. Recharge yourself!

TIPS 5 : START WITH A NEW SPIRIT
Make it a fresh start after a break. Reset the mind, act in a new and effective way. Leave ineffective routines, and start quality activities.
