Communication is very important in our lives. Here are effective communication tips for our mutual benefit;

1. Focus on the purpose of communication
Make sure the purpose of your communication is clear and specific. This will make it easier for you to direct the conversation in the right direction and solve existing problems.

2. Listen carefully
Don't just focus on the words of the person speaking. Learn to interpret the message delivered. Ask relevant questions or make statements that show you are listening to what they are saying.

3. Speak politely
You need to use polite language and not offend others. Avoid using words that degrade or insult others.

4. Use the right body language
When communicating, make sure your body language is in line with the information you are conveying. For example, smile when you're talking about something pleasant, and keep your distance when you're talking to people you're not familiar with.

5. Use relevant examples
In giving an opinion, you can use examples related to the topic being discussed. This will help the listener better understand what you are saying.

6. Avoid noise and distractions
Make sure you are in a quiet place to communicate. Avoid noise and distractions so that you can focus more and easily understand what is being said.

7. Don't rush
Speak calmly and confidently. Do not rush when communicating. Give yourself time to think before giving an impression or answer.
