Some studies related to health care between men and women have been done, men are found to neglect their health more than women. This is because a man especially those who already have families, prioritize welfare or the economy over their health for fear of affecting the family's source of income. As a result, sudden death statistics in Malaysia show an increase in recent years. According to My Metro news, the cause of sudden death is because there is no blood that can be pumped from the heart to the rest of the body. This happens when various heart complications such as coronary artery blockage due to plaque rupture or malignant arrhythmia occur.

The increase in sudden deaths also affects the family members left behind. A family that suddenly loses their main pillar is like a nightmare that is hard to forget. This is because, each family member finds it difficult to accept the fact and it takes a long time to get rid of sadness. In addition, family members also need time to adapt to new situations or circumstances. How to overcome the grief faced by a family member who is left behind certainly varies because the mental, spiritual and emotional strength of a person is not the same.

Therefore, the time it takes to overcome grief depends on a person's ability to adapt to a new situation without the person they love forever. Regardless of how each person expresses sadness, they need to know that feeling sad cannot be done by mourning. This is because, mourning the death or departure of someone is an action that contradicts the sharia. The Prophet's words mean: "Two things in humans, both of which are from the actions of the unbelievers, reproaching (someone's) descendants and lamenting over the corpse." Hadith Muslim History.
