There are various factors that need to be considered besides prioritizing interest, such as financial stability, job opportunities, and market demand.

Interest plays a very important role in determining job satisfaction. When someone works in a field they are passionate about, they are more likely to be dedicated and enthusiastic in carrying out their daily tasks. This will also encourage individuals to continue learning and sharpening their skills, thus improving productivity and job performance.
