ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a mental health condition that causes individuals to exhibit high levels of hyperactivity and impulsiveness. People with ADHD often struggle to focus on tasks or find it hard to sit still for extended periods.

Even if you recognize some of these signs in yourself, don’t jump to conclusions just yet. It’s important to consult a counselor who can assist you with the next steps. You may also want to visit a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. It’s important to remember that symptoms like forgetfulness and difficulty focusing are not definitive indicators of ADHD. These symptoms are also common among individuals experiencing stress. Therefore, it’s crucial to seek professional help to avoid making a self-diagnosis.
