GOOD LUCK FOR THE EXAM!

UPM's Counseling Division, prays that all students sitting this final exam remain calm and focused throughout the exam.

Let's follow the study tips to face this exam!

 

  1. Prepare a learning plan according to the exam schedule. This learning plan is not for you to focus entirely on the revision of the subject but to repeat in general the revisions that have been made during the last revision week. More focused, more prepared!

 

  1. Maintain a good mood throughout this exam week. A positive mood will result in a calm mind. Surely you will be able to give full focus to this exam.

 

  1. Rest regularly so that the body is not too tired and tired. Also make sure you get enough and quality sleep. Not too little and not too much sleep. Getting enough sleep helps you stay fit and smart!

 

  1. A comfortable learning space also helps you prepare for exams. Separate the subjects that have been completed and continue to stay focused on the upcoming exam!

 

  1. A healthy diet helps you to focus and relax throughout the exam. A healthy and comfortable stomach helps you calm down! Don't forget to practice drinking plain water to help you stay hydrated and active.
