Manage Your Weekly Schedule

Have you often missed an important moment to celebrate in your life? Feeling angry but but here's the patient right. Yes, that's how it feels .. Let's make a weekly schedule so that you no longer miss the important things in your life despite being very busy with work demands and other responsibilities. How to Organize?


Block Focus : (90min -120min)

This Focus Block is used for you to find ideas, works or times that require you to give high focus. This is a personal space that you need to fill or find a new space within yourself.

 

Block Intervention : Based on the Situation

These Intervention Block are very important to your mental and psychological health. This is the time for you to use this time to be able to motivate yourself. Exercise, meditate or do whatever activities you like. This intervention time is a wall of recovery problems and you really need it!

 

Block Manage : (30-60min)

This Manage Block is used when you need to manage small but very important things. For example, sorting out important receipts, making a checklist of references that help you or managing used books for the comfort of your room.

 

Social Block : (90 - 120 minutes) 

This Social block is very important to help you connect with each other even though you are very busy. Use this social time to keep in touch with long-lost friends. You can also use this social wall to meet close friends and say hello to each other.
