PREPARATION BEFORE WORK

As someone who is about to start working, there are several preparations that need to be made in order to be able to work effectively, among them are:

1. Ensure good physical and mental health. This is important to maintain stamina and focus while working. Physical and mental health are closely related as a healthy body can build a healthy mind, and vice versa. For example, when exercising, it is not necessary to go to an exercise center such as a gym and it can be done anywhere, such as exercising in a crop field, playing ball, going up and down stairs, playing with children and many other activities.

2. Prepare the necessary tools and equipment for specific tasks. For example, if you work in an office, make sure you have a laptop or computer that is large enough and comfortable to use, as well as stable internet access that allows the work process to be systematic and save time.

3. Prepare a regular and consistent work schedule. This helps avoid duplicate tasks and ensures that all work is completed on time. With a systematic schedule, your efforts will continue to flow like the water of a beautiful river.

4. Maintain a clean and comfortable work environment. This includes a tidy desk and a work area that is free from distractions and noise. Putting something or tools that can increase the spirit of work is also a good thing that can be done.

5. Prepare yourself with the knowledge and skills required for a particular job. This involves the learning and training required to work effectively and efficiently.
