Tips of Exam's Preparation

Exam week has begun. Usually during this critical period, students begin to panic and pay less attention to their own health. Taking care of one's health during the exam week is very important to help students maintain full stamina and focus during the final revision before stepping into the exam field. The UPM Counselling Division always prays that all students who sit for the final examination remain calm and focused throughout the examination, whether it is an online examination or a physical examination. Don't forget a few special study tips for UPM students who will face this exam!

 

1. LEARNING PLAN

Prepare a study plan according to the examination schedule. This learning plan is not for you to focus entirely on the review of the subject in question but for the general repetition of the repetitions that have been made during the past week of review. More focused, more prepared!

 

2. MAINTAIN A POSITIVE MOOD

Keep a good mood throughout this exam week. A positive mood will result in a calm mind. Surely you will be able to focus fully on this exam.

 

3. REST AND GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Rest regularly so that the body is not too tired and exhausted. Also make sure you get enough and quality sleep. Not too little and not too much sleep. Getting enough sleep helps you stay fit and smart!

 

4. COMFORTABLE STUDYING SPACE

A comfortable study space also helps you in preparation for exams. Separate the subjects that have been completed and stay focused on the upcoming exams!

 

5. KEEP YOUR NUTRITION HEALTHY AND STAY HYDRATED

A healthy diet greatly helps you to focus and relax throughout the exam. A healthy and comfortable stomach really helps you calm down! Don't forget to drink plain water to help you stay hydrated and active.
