The reeds are inked to be black
The reeds poke through the bitter until it reaches the base of the arm
Such is the Malay proverb that describes seriousness in doing something. Regardless of the challenges they go through, individuals still make it strong! An individual's resilience in doing something determines his success in the future.
BU-KU tips this time will lead readers to explore the steps that can be taken to increase individual resilience.
Do
1. Make it happen
Get in the habit of doing the task until it's done. Although there will be various challenges that have to be overcome, the attitude of not giving up easily will shape the quality and resilience of individuals.
2. Make it happy
One of the techniques to increase self-resilience is to make work or tasks as therapy for yourself. Individuals who have creative and innovative powers will turn assignments into creative works produced. Exploring creative methods in performing tasks will make a task easier to perform as well as happy.
Strong
1. Hardworking
Failure is feedback from old efforts that require new methods of improvement. Sometimes more effective methods cannot be found only in the bedroom. Instead it requires constant effort, wider exposure, and precise guidance.
2. Strong Spirit
Keep getting up! Keep rising! failing once does not mean failing forever. Failing today does not mean failing the next. Failure is feedback from old efforts that require improvement methods. Keep moving!
