PUTRAJAYA - The Career Counselling Section, UPM Counselling Division(BKUPM) conducted the UPM Career Guidebook Writing Workshop (Series 2) held at the Anyaman Room 2, Everly Hotel on 17 August 2022 (Wednesday). This workshop was attended by all the staff members of the UPM Counselling Division, which is the line of counsellors as writers as well as the team from the Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development Division, UPM Registrar's Office.

The journey of the workshop started with a discussion on the construction of career path infographics for 13 popular positions at UPM. As a result of precise cooperation and high commitment from all participants, several career path infographics for each position can be produced immediately. In the next slot, all members workshopped to revise and edit the writings that had been made by the counsellors through an interview session with career figures for the 13 positions in question.

According to Madam Syarifah Sheril Azlin, "the production of this book not only provides benefits to marine staff but also provides career information to students. Students get information about these careers more clearly and more practically".

The workshop ends with a complete review and edit. All the writers are very satisfied and can't wait for the publication of the UPM Career Guidance Book which is expected to be ready at the end of this year. In addition, the UPM Counselling Division is also grateful and highly appreciative to the Registrar's Office and the Student Affairs Division for the cooperation and support given in the production of the UPM Career Guidance Book.
