UPM Serdang, 27 November – Putra Career Adaptability Program 2023: Borak-Borak Kerjaya is a program under the Career Development Unit, Career Counseling Section, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Counseling Division. This program is an initiative for UPM students to gain knowledge, increase self-confidence and also apply career topics in the process of building their career as early as the first year of study. This program has received strong support from the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Student and Alumni Affairs (HEPA) and among the strategic partners for this program is Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail and the 2023/2024 Student Representative Council.

This program is a series starting from Career Chat Series 1: Preparation for Building a Career held on 12 May 2023 at 8.30pm to 10.30pm, followed by Career Chat Series 2: What are Transferable Skills? held on 26 May 2023 at 8.30pm to 10.30pm and Career Chat Series 3: Personal Branding For Students, Is It Necessary? which is held on 17 November 2023 at 8.30pm to 10.30pm. All three of these programs are conducted online on the Google Meet or Zoom Application platforms as well as the UPM Counseling Division's official Facebook Live page. The infographic displayed below shows a total of 638 participants involved for these three series. Through this infographic, it can also be seen that the three (3) things that are measured for program participants, namely showing knowledge, self-confidence and desire to apply have increased for each topic after attending the program.
