Thank you for asking. For your information, UPM Counseling Division (BKUPM) services are open to active UPM students and staff only and services are provided free of charge.

The services we offer are counseling sessions and guidance through an individual or group approach.

To get the session service, you can;
a. come to the UPM Counseling Division (BKUPM) office.
b. make an appointment via WhatsApp BKUPM (011-56656221) or contact the General Office of BKUPM 03-9769 2082.

We have a total of 13 Registered Counselors who are ready to serve and work according to the schedule that has been set every working day. Here is the list of Counselors;

DAY: MONDAY - THURSDAY
TIME : 8.30 AM – 4.30 PM
(BREAK TIME: 1.00 NOON – 2.00 PM)

FRIDAY
TIME : 8.30 AM – 4.30 PM
(BREAK TIME: 12.15 NOON – 2.45 PM)
