CREATING SATISFACTION IN THE WORKPLACE

Fun and satisfaction at work is the dream of most individuals. However, it is not an easy thing to achieve but it is not impossible to obtain. The average employee will begin to feel and think that there is no fun and job satisfaction when entering the five (5) years of work. Apart from that, the duration of being in a certain place and job also have an influence. Therefore, don't let yourself get caught in that situation.
According to the Super Career Theory (Donald E. Super, 1952), a person who is in this period is usually aged 25-44 years, which is at the Strengthening Level. At this stage there are two phases:

1. Experimentation: Individuals try, explore and evaluate to ensure that the choices and decisions made at the exploratory stage can be realized. An individual may already hold a job with a feeling that he will definitely change his career if the career is not suitable.

2. Stable: Gaining experience and becoming more efficient eventually becomes a stable phase. From here, the job aspect is brought into his self-concept and the job is then accepted as something that gives satisfaction in life.

If a person identifies himself as being in the trial phase, then it is very important for him to take action whether he wants to change his career or stay in his career. If you choose to stay, here are tips you can use to create fun at work in order to achieve job satisfaction.

ATTITUDE
Attitude is a way of looking or thinking, feeling and acting towards something or a situation. Attitude can influence a person's behavior and can have a great influence on a person's development. Here are some reasons why attitude is so important to development:

1) Influencing perception and action: Attitudes can influence a person's perception of something and motivate the actions taken. A positive attitude can encourage a person to think and act positively.
2) Improve performance: A positive attitude can improve a person's performance because individuals who have a positive attitude tend to be more enthusiastic and more motivated in doing their job.
3) Improve social relations: A positive attitude can improve a person's social relations with others because positive attitudes tend to be more attractive and build better relationships.
4) Helps overcome problems: A positive attitude can help a person overcome problems and obstacles in life better. A positive attitude tends to be more adaptive and able to find solutions to the problems faced.
5) Improve mental health: A positive attitude can help improve a person's mental health because people who have a positive attitude tend to be happier, more optimistic and more grateful in life.

SKILLS
Skill is the ability possessed by a person to perform a specific task or job. Skills are very important for a person's development because they have several benefits as follows:
Increase Effectiveness: Skills can increase a person's effectiveness in completing a specific task or job. By having broad and diverse skills, a person can do a task or job faster, more efficiently, and more accurately.

1) Increase productivity: Skills can increase a person's productivity because people who have adequate skills tend to be more skilled and faster in completing certain tasks or jobs.
2) Improve creativity: Skills can help a person to be more creative in finding solutions to problems faced and creating new ideas in their tasks or jobs.
3) Improve the quality of life: Skills can improve the quality of a person's life because a person can do a better job, earn more and feel more competent in a certain field.
4) Increase self-confidence: Skills can increase a person's self-confidence because people who have adequate skills tend to feel more confident and able to face challenges better.

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge has an important role in the development of a person's career. Among the importance of science in a person's development are:

1) Improve understanding of work: Knowledge allows a person to understand things and tasks that need to be done more broadly and more complexly. By studying science, a person can understand how to solve and find a solution to a problem.
2) Improve analytical skills: Science trains a person to think logically and critically. By studying science, one can develop analytical skills.
3) Helping in decision-making: Science helps a person in making decisions based on facts and evidence obtained through scientific methods. By understanding how science works, one can make better and more informed decisions in everyday life.
4) Consolidate the level of knowledge: Knowledge can help a person in consolidating the level of knowledge in a wider and more diverse direction. Through knowledge is also able to make it easier for a person to achieve success.
