'Arghh is too lazy to go to work', ' too lazy to go to class'. Have you ever experienced this? negative feelings after a weekend vacation. Feeling too heavy to restart the daily routine, especially on Monday? Yes, you are experiencing the symptoms of the 'Monday blues'.

Monday Blues refers to the symptoms of mental stress experienced by those who have to work on Monday after spending the weekend having fun with family. This condition of "Monday blues" can give an impact on an individual's performance. Those who experience the 'Monday blues' will lack concentration when doing work, creativity declines, less motivation and less participation in discussion sessions. Therefore, it is important that you know how to deal with this 'Monday blues' situation.

Tips to overcome the 'Monday blues'.

  1. Enjoy your daily routine.

You should love the routine you do. Most of those who like the work they are doing will tend to be more enthusiastic about starting work on Monday.

Weekends should be used as much as possible. Avoid thinking about work on the weekend because your mind will not be able to rest enough.. Divide time as best as possible between work and personal matters.

Make sure you have a source of motivation to start your routine early in the morning. Among the things you can do is to put words of encouragement on your computer screen to make yourself more enthusiastic about starting the day ahead.

As a conclusion, this 'Monday blues' needs to be overcome because it is related to performance as an employee as well as a student. If it is not overcome, it will surely drag on for days to come.
