Tips to Wake Up Early

For those who love to have time for preparation in advance, then there will be better planning for himself. Each of us has our own strengths and weaknesses. For someone who loves planning will definitely always find a way to create space for self -preparation.

Here, sharing tips for Waking Up Early Every Morning can help those who love preparation in their plans. 

  1. Make it a Daily Routine- Make waking up early a daily routine can indirectly help support your 'body clock'. So the routine of waking up early every day is no longer something difficult! 
  2. Focus on the 'To Do List' for Tomorrow's Plan - To help yourself to wake up early, intend to wake up early to complete the list of tasks/activities that have been prepared before going to bed. This is because indirectly you are giving a 'signal' to the body that you need to get up early. Give it a try! 
  3. Use an Alarm Clock - An alarm clock is the most ideal tool to wake you up. Now, the alarm clock only uses a smartphone and you yourself can choose the sound that REALLY MAKES YOU WAKE UP. Soft, slow music may make you go back to sleep. You decide how the outcome will be. 
  4. Avoid Eating 1 or 2 Hours Before Bed - The body will work after you take heavy meals. Therefore, avoid taking heavy meals before you go to bed. When the stomach becomes too full or too hungry will definitely make your sleep disturbed. 
  5. Ensure a Comfortable Bedspace - Yes, space or bedding also plays a role in getting quality sleep. Make sure there are no leftover food, worn clothes or even electronic devices on your bed. A comfortable sleeping space can contribute to the quality of sleep you need.   Good luck!
