Past events, often block one’s efforts to move forward. Many cling to the memories of the past. They think that if they move into the future, the individuals, memories, and moments of the past that are very significant to themselves will lapse. Many don’t want these things to go out of their minds, and let the past trap them for years to come. Even so much so that some have stated that he himself has died in the past, and now the only thing left is a soulless body. Otherwise, life is about a series of events that will always happen. So, take a step to look to the future by taking action in this day and time.
Close your eyes, inhale slowly, hold and exhale slowly. Find the quietest place, write down the date and time. Let the memories of the past be present in your mind, let it come in clearly. Then tell him that from then and now, you will be at peace with him. Letting it go is like releasing a gas balloon into the air, letting it fly higher and smaller out of sight and subsequently out of sight. Let’s also say you don’t care if, once in a while it comes to your mind. Tell yourself no matter how often it comes, you won’t care about it anymore or just glance at it at a glance without feeling.
The past is very important to be used as good lesson. But don't let yourself get caught up in the past. The best way to serve the past is to respond to it without emotion, take lessons from it and then enjoy life in the present. With full awareness, act to the best of your ability to increase the quality of emotions, thoughts and actions. At the very least live with the intention of benefiting others.
