Counselling and guidance service are provided so that Universiti Putra Malaysia members can express their feelings and thoughts and behaviors in an environment that is unbiased, professional and protected by the ethics of secrecy.

Counselling is an interaction process between a professional counselor and a client whose counselors will help clients explore their own resources that contribute to the issues they face. This is because acceptance and certification of self-esteem is an essential ingredient in producing self-change.
